Jane M. Yates
Jane practices primarily in real estate, business law, and intellectual property areas. Jane’s work includes negotiating and drafting contracts of all types, including leases and real estate transaction documents, license agreements, and other business related contracts. Jane has an efficient and pragmatic approach to her legal work. Ample life and legal experience enables Jane to focus on each client’s big picture and to develop strategies to achieve their goals.
Jane has been awarded an AV Preeminent Rating, the highest rating through Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review.
Jane devotes time to non-profit board service and currently serves on the Emerald KidSports board and on her child’s Parent-Teacher Association board. She also enjoys skiing, working with her German Shorthaired Pointers, and cheering for the Ducks.
