Clark E. Rasche

A “Double Duck,” Clark obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon, then returned to the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating in May 2011. Upon graduation Clark began his civil litigation practice at Watkinson Laird Rubenstein, P.C. Clark handles a wide variety of cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits and administrative agency actions, including those involving breach of contract, real property disputes, and trust and estate disputes. Clark currently serves as the firm’s managing shareholder.

When he’s not practicing law, Clark is engaged mentoring future lawyers enrolled at the University of Oregon and future community leaders through his work with the Eugene and Springfield Chambers of Commerce.

In his free time Clark enjoys cross-country skiing, fishing, playing music with friends, and spending quality time with his family.
